WHAT YOU’LL NEED.
- Your business NZBN. Sole Traders do not require an NZBN
- Confirmation your business has been operating for at least 1 year
- Authority to open the hummpro account for your business
- Your business bank account log-in details
- Your business estimated annual turnover & net profit
- New Zealand driver’s licence or New Zealand passport
- Your email address & mobile phone number
WHAT YOU’LL NEED IF YOUR COMPANY HAS MULTIPLE DIRECTORS OR YOUR BUSINESS IS A PARTNERSHIP OR TRUST
In addition to the above you’ll also need to:
- For a company with multiple directors – nominate a second director to sign the contract
- For a partnership or trust – upload the partnership agreement or trust deed (as applicable)
- Add contact details for other parties such as directors, shareholders or trustees (as applicable) so we can verify their identity and do a credit check (in certain circumstances)
