IMPORTANT CUSTOMER UPDATE

humm®pro closed on 16 June 2022.
As a result of a restructure in our lending portfolio, hummgroup has made the decision to focus purely on consumer finance and closed our hummpro product in Australia and New Zealand on 16 June 2022.
Please be aware that you will not be able to use hummpro for new purchases from 16 June 2022. From 17 June 2022 you can still ‘Pause’ part or all of your Closed Balance twice, but you will no longer be able to opt to ’Plan’.
Any remaining amounts due will be deducted from your Selected Funding Source on each Payment Date. For example, if you have an existing Plan with us, it will continue as normal. You can change your Selected Funding Source if you’d prefer to use an alternative source for your final hummpro repayments. Once your Total Amount owing has been reduced to nil, we’ll close your hummpro Account.
If you’ve got any questions about the change or concerns about how it may affect your cash flow, our Customer Service team is here to help.
